Services & Coverage
Do you offer one-off delivery jobs?
Yes. Fresh Veloz accepts one-off jobs depending on driver and vehicle availability.
For one-off jobs, the minimum booking period applies based on the vehicle or service type. Once the job is completed, any additional time, tolls, GST, fuel levy or other applicable charges may be added to the final invoice.
Do you offer ongoing delivery contracts?
Yes. We provide ongoing contract delivery solutions for businesses that need regular transport support.
This may include daily runs, weekly routes, dedicated drivers, dedicated vehicles, refrigerated delivery services, depot-to-customer delivery, last-mile delivery and scalable fleet support during peak periods.
What areas do you service?
Fresh Veloz mainly focuses on Sydney metro deliveries across Sydney suburbs.
We also service selected regional areas from Sydney, including Wollongong, Newcastle, Maitland, Nelson Bay, Orange, Canberra and surrounding areas, depending on the job requirements and vehicle availability.
Do you provide regional deliveries?
Yes. We provide regional delivery services from Sydney upon request.
Regional jobs are usually charged based on the applicable rate tier, distance, delivery density, vehicle type and total time required to complete the run.
Do you provide interstate transport?
Fresh Veloz does not mainly focus on large interstate truck transport. However, interstate or special transport requests may be considered upon request.
If the job requires a solution outside our standard fleet, we may be able to assist by finding the right transport solution through our network.
What vehicle types do you offer?
Fresh Veloz offers a range of refrigerated and non-refrigerated vehicles, including:
- 1 tonne vans
- 2 tonne vans
- 3 tonne non-refrigerated vans
- 4 pallet small trucks
- 8 pallet trucks
- 10 pallet trucks
- 12 pallet trucks
- Driver-only support
Vehicle availability may vary depending on the booking date, location and contract requirements.
Refrigerated Transport
Do you offer refrigerated transport in Sydney?
Yes. Fresh Veloz provides refrigerated transport Sydney businesses can rely on for chilled and frozen goods.
Our refrigerated vehicles are suitable for food distribution, chilled products, frozen items, meal delivery, grocery delivery and other temperature-controlled transport needs.
Do you transport chilled and frozen products?
Yes. Fresh Veloz can transport both chilled and frozen goods.
As a general guide, chilled goods are transported at approximately 0°C to 5°C, while frozen goods are transported below -5°C or according to the agreed temperature requirement for the job.
Customers must advise the required temperature before booking.
Do your refrigerated vehicles have temperature monitoring?
Yes. Fresh Veloz has temperature monitoring capability for refrigerated transport services.
Temperature records may be available upon request, depending on the vehicle, service type and agreed contract conditions.
Are your refrigerated services NSW Food Authority certified?
Fresh Veloz operates with NSW Food Authority certified refrigerated transport capability and follows food transport requirements to help maintain safe and reliable temperature-controlled delivery.
Customers are still responsible for ensuring goods are correctly packed, labelled, pre-chilled or pre-frozen before collection.
Booking & Orders
How do I book a delivery with Fresh Veloz?
You can contact Fresh Veloz by email, phone or through the website quote form.
For business clients, we may request details such as pickup address, delivery addresses, delivery windows, vehicle type, freight type, temperature requirements, number of items, weight, boxes, special instructions and whether the job is one-off or ongoing.
What is the booking cut-off time?
Unless otherwise agreed by contract, bookings and manifests should be submitted by 3:00pm on the previous business day.
This allows our dispatch team to allocate the right driver, vehicle and route for your deliveries.
What information do you need in the delivery manifest?
To plan and complete deliveries efficiently, we usually require:
- Order code
- Order date
- Delivery ready time
- Delivery end time
- Order type
- Drop-off type
- Company name
- Contact name
- Mobile number
- Unit number
- Full delivery address
- Suburb
- State
- Postcode
- Weight
- Number of boxes
- Item count
- Delivery notes
- Temperature requirements, if applicable
Accurate information helps avoid delays, failed deliveries and unnecessary additional charges.
Can I change orders after the route has been created?
We strongly recommend avoiding changes after orders have been routed and submitted.
Changes after routing may increase run time, create driver delays, affect delivery windows and cause confusion at pickup or delivery points. Additional charges may apply if changes increase the total job duration or require re-routing.
Do you provide routing, tracking and reporting?
Yes. Fresh Veloz is a data-driven logistics company and can provide routing support, tracking visibility, delivery reporting and operational performance insights depending on the service agreement.
For ongoing clients, we can help monitor driver performance, delivery outcomes and operational KPIs.
Pricing
How are your services charged?
Fresh Veloz generally charges by the hour based on the vehicle type, service type and rate tier.
The final cost may include the hourly base rate, GST, tolls, fuel levy, waiting time, additional labour, equipment, re-delivery fees or other agreed charges.
Are your rates inclusive of GST?
No. Fresh Veloz rates are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
GST is added to invoices where applicable.
Are tolls included in your rates?
No. Tolls are charged separately.
Do you charge a fuel levy?
Yes. Fresh Veloz currently applies a 4% fuel levy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What are your minimum booking times?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, minimum booking periods are:
- Driver-only service: 4 hours
- 1 tonne van: 6 hours
- 2 tonne van: 6 hours
- Small truck: 8 hours
- Medium truck: 10 hours
Minimum booking periods may vary depending on the client, contract, location, vehicle type and service requirements.
What are Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 rates?
Fresh Veloz uses rate tiers based on route distance, delivery density and operational complexity.
Tier 1 generally applies when deliveries are close together, usually within an average distance of up to 5km from each other.
Tier 2 generally applies when deliveries are over 15km average distance from each other.
Tier 3 generally applies when deliveries are over 25km average distance from each other.
For example, even if a delivery is within Sydney, a long-distance job such as Parramatta to Palm Beach may be treated as Tier 3 due to the distance and time required.
When does the chargeable time start?
Fresh Veloz charges by the hour from the agreed driver arrival time or booking start time.
For example, if a driver is booked to arrive at 6:00am and the warehouse is not ready, the booking is still charged from 6:00am because the driver and vehicle have already been allocated and are waiting.
What happens if I cancel on the same day?
Same-day cancellations may be charged at a minimum of 4 hours of the applicable booking rate.
This applies because drivers, vehicles, dispatch resources and route planning may have already been allocated to the job.
On the Day
Do your drivers help with loading and unloading?
Yes, Fresh Veloz drivers can assist with hand loading and unloading where it is safe and practical.
For palletised freight, the customer must provide a forklift operator and suitable loading/unloading equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Do you provide equipment such as pallet jacks or trolleys?
Equipment may be available upon request, depending on the vehicle, job type and prior agreement.
Please advise any equipment requirements before booking so we can confirm availability.
Do you offer two-person delivery?
At this stage, Fresh Veloz does not offer two-person delivery as a standard service.
However, special delivery requirements can be discussed case by case.
What happens if a delivery fails?
A failed delivery may occur if the address is incorrect, the receiver is unavailable, the location is closed, there is no safe access, or the receiver refuses the goods.
In these situations, additional charges may apply for waiting time, return to depot, re-delivery or additional hours required to complete the job.
How do you confirm delivery?
Delivery may be confirmed using proof of delivery, photo evidence, signature, driver notes, GPS records, scan data or receiver confirmation, depending on the service type and client requirements.
Insurance & Claims
Are goods insured during transport?
[PLACEHOLDER — replace with your real insurance answer. Your current live page accidentally shows the delivery-confirmation text here. Add your actual carriers/goods-in-transit cover, any limits, and where liability sits with the customer.]
What should I do if there is a claim?
Any claim relating to loss, damage, shortage, delivery issue or temperature concern must be submitted in writing within 48 hours.
The claim should include the nature of the issue, photos, invoice value, order details and proof of delivery where available.
Can Fresh Veloz transport dangerous goods?
Fresh Veloz does not transport dangerous, hazardous, illegal, explosive, flammable or restricted goods unless this has been agreed in writing before the job.
Customers must declare any special handling, safety or compliance requirements before booking.
