What comes off here
Extra drop-offs
Add every additional address the driver delivers to. Each one needs its own contact, access details and what comes off there. Extra drop-offs are included in the hire on same-city jobs. On regional and interstate runs they may attract a charge based on distance — we’ll confirm it with you before it applies.
What we're carrying
Temperature
Goods must arrive pre-chilled or pre-frozen. The vehicle holds temperature, it doesn't pull it down.
Lift details
Crane rating drops as the arm extends, so we need both numbers to confirm the truck can do the lift.
Oversize check
Anything over 2.5 m wide, 4.3 m high or 19 m long needs a permit and possibly a pilot vehicle.
