2. We Contact You Within 30 Min
Our team confirms your booking details and pickup arrangements within 30 minutes during business hours.
3. We Dispatch
A Fresh Veloz driver arrives at your pickup location at the scheduled time, vehicle ready to load.
4. We Load, Drive & Unload
Your driver loads and unloads standard items and follows your run, single drop or multi-stop. Heavy or awkward items need your labour on hand — flag them at booking.
5. Extra Time Billed After
Run over your booked hours? The driver keeps going. Extra time is invoiced after service in 1-hour blocks.

Driver Included
All hire is with a Fresh Veloz driver who loads and unloads standard items — no self-drive, no licence checks, no insurance excess for you. Heavy or awkward items require customer-provided labour or equipment.
5-Hour Minimum
Book 5 hours or more upfront. Time beyond your booking is billed after service at the vehicle's hourly rate in 1-hour blocks, payable within 7 days.
Flexible Cancellation
Full refund with 24+ hours' notice. 50% fee inside 24 hours. No refund under 2 hours or after dispatch. One free reschedule with 12+ hours' notice.
Fees & GST Itemised
A 3% booking & service fee covers payment processing and booking administration. GST (10%) applies to the hire and the fee. Everything is itemised before you pay.

Vehicle Hire — FAQs
Is a driver included in the hire?
Yes. All Fresh Veloz vehicle hire includes a professional driver. Vehicles are not available for self-drive.
Do drivers load and unload?
Yes — drivers handle loading and unloading of standard items. For safety reasons they cannot lift heavy or awkward items on their own (two-person lifts, large furniture, appliances, machinery). For those, you must have suitable labour or equipment ready at pickup and delivery. If a job cannot proceed because heavy-item handling wasn't arranged, the booking is treated as a late cancellation and no refund is processed.
What is the minimum booking?
5 hours per vehicle, paid upfront when you book online. You can book more hours upfront, and any time beyond your booking is billed after service in 1-hour blocks.
Can I hire more than one vehicle at once?
Yes. Add multiple vehicles, quantities and hours to a single booking — for example two vans and a truck for a larger job.
Do you have refrigerated vehicles for hire?
Yes. Refrigerated vans (chilled 2°C–8°C) from $74.64/hour + GST and a refrigerated truck (chilled or frozen to −18°C) at $93.56/hour + GST, all with driver.
What happens if my job runs over the booked hours?
The driver keeps going. Additional time is invoiced after service at the applicable hourly rate and payable within 7 days via a secure payment link.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund with more than 24 hours' notice, 50% fee between 2 and 24 hours, and no refund under 2 hours or once the driver has been dispatched. One free reschedule with 12+ hours' notice.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No — all displayed prices exclude GST. The GST amount is itemised on this page and at checkout, and shown on your tax invoice.
What is the booking & service fee?
A 3% fee added to your booking that covers secure card payment processing and booking administration. It's itemised on this page and at checkout before you pay, and GST applies to it like the rest of the booking.
Can you store my goods overnight?
No. Fresh Veloz is a transport-only service — we don't offer warehousing, cold storage or overnight holding. All goods are delivered within the hire period.

How quickly can I get a vehicle?
